The agricultural projects are classified in three categories
according to the surface of the exploitation and the cost of
the investments :
Category
"A"
Investment lower or equal to 40 000 DT and a surface
such as defined to the decree 94-427
Self-financing at least in 10 %
Files is built up by the services of the CRDA*
Category
"B"
Investment over 40.000DT and subordinate or equal to
150.000 DT and a surface such as defined to the decree
94-427
Self-financing at least in 10 %
Files is built up by the regional services of APIA
Category
"C"
Investment over 150.000DT and a surface such as defined
to the decree 94-427
Self-financing at least in 30 %
Files is built up by the APIA services
2) Investissement in Fishing ans aquaculture Activities
Category
"A"
Investment lower or equal to 60 000 DT in coastal
fishery activity.
Files is built up by the services of the CRDA
Category
"B"
Investment over 60.000DT and lower or equal to 300.000
DT in the activity of coastal fishery and the small
pelagic fishing as well as the projects of fish farming.
Acquisition of modern units of bluefish within an amount
of investment not exceeding 1.000.000 dinars.
Self-financing at least in 10 % · Files is built up by
the regional services of APIA
Category
"C"
Investment the cost of which is superior to 300.000 DT
for the projects of fishing and fish farming
Equal Self-financing at least in 30%
Files is built up by the services of APIA
3) Investments in the Activities of Post-harvest
processing
Are classified in the category "C", The investments in the
activities of post-harvest processing of farm produces and
fishing and of their packaging the list of which is fixed by
decret.
The instruction of files is assured by the services of:
-APIA when the post harvest activity is integrated to the
agricultural production.
-API services (Agence de Promotion de l'Industrie) for the
other cases
4)Investments in the Activities of Services connected to
the Agriculture and the Fishing
Are classified in the category "C", the activities of services
were bound to the agriculture and to the fishing.
The instruction of files is assured by the services of APIA.
