Premium granted to the agricultural companies and of fishing realizing
operations relating in:
studies of
promotion of new products or new production systems.
The realization or
the attempt of new processes or applied researches relating to it.
The
acquisition of scientific equipments of laboratory for
the realization of research operations.
This premium
of investment is granted within the framework
of a contract program and fixed in:
50 % of
the total cost with a ceiling of 25.000 DT for the studies.
50 % of
the total cost with a ceiling of 100.000 DT for the other research
operations development.

Promotion of Technology
The investments promoted by the agricultural companies and of fishing
and which allow the control and the development of technology by the
means of an effort of local integration or an improvement of the
productivity give place to the assumption of responsibility total or
partial by the Statement of expenditures of staff training within the
limit of 125.000 DT.
3-
Recruitment of the supervisory staff
The companies can profit, during one five years period, of the
assumption of responsibility by the State of the employers' contribution
to the legal mode of the social security for wages paid with the title
of new recruitments of the agents of Tunisian nationality, holders of a
diploma of the higher education delivered at the end of a schooling
equalizes at least at two years after the baccalaureat or of an
equivalent diploma, and this as from the date of recruitment of the
agent for the first time.
