Definition:
Are considered New Promoters the physical people of
Tunisian Nationality, gathered or not in Companies and which:
has the
necessary experiment or qualifications.
assume
personally and full-time the responsibility
for the management of the project.
Do not
have movable or real clean goods sufficiently.
carry
out their first project of investment.
Also new
promotersin the field of the agriculture and of the fishing are
considered:
The
children of farmers or fishermen, being one
overtaking age old 40 years old, and exercising their
main activity in the domains of the agriculture or the fishing.
The
young people whose age does not exceed 40 years
and to exer.

Incentives
The new promoters can profit from the following additional
incentives for the projects whose amount does not exceed 500 000 DT
a
premium of investment fixed at 6% of the cost
of the project.
the
coverage by the State of the employers' contribution
to the legal mode of social security to the wages paid
with the agents of Tunisian nationality during the first five
effective businesss year.
a
refundable subsidy not exceeding 70% of the required
self-financing within the limit of 100 000 DT with an interest
rate of 3% for a time of refund 12 years including 5 years of
grace period.
Maximum cost of the project: 500 000 DT.
However,
the maximum cost of a project, promoted by the new promoters in the
sector of fishing in the northern zone (Bizerte to Tabarka) and in
open sea, is fixed at 3 million dinars.
In this case the promoters have the benefits of a participation in
the capital which should not exceed:
45 %
of the minimum capital for the first section of
the investment and up to 1 million dinars.
20% of
the minimum capital for the remainder and up
to 3 million dinars.
