RENTING PUBLIC FARM INTENDED TO BE SET UP
 IN AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

The procedures of rent is :

• Publication of the lists on the newspapers, the APIA’s Web site and to the head offices  of APIA, the governorates, the regional commissary of agricultural development and the Tunisian consultants abroad.

• Taking specifications  from the APIA’ services on presentation of the banking  receipt  of 150TND  for the   APIA’s bank account.

• Files deposit of tenders; these files must arrive in a closed fold bearing the name of the firm object of the tender as well as the mention “renting public farm, not to open”

This fold must comprise two distinct closed envelopes:
-The first envelope being marked “envelope A” and on which it is necessary to indicate the name of the farm and which must contain

• the specifications duly signed and legalized by the candidate

• the file relating to the candidate and his associates and the financial file in accordance with appendix A of the specifications.

-The second envelope being marked “envelope B” and on which it is necessary to indicate the name of the farm and which must contain :

• The preliminary technico-economic study in accordance with the appendix B of the specifications, this study should not comprise any indication on the identity of the candidate.

• A copy of the banking  receipt  of 150TND 

*The tenders are evaluated according to criteria's establish by the national commission of reorganization of the public lands.
*Information of the tenderers of the results and the leasing signature with the ministry of the public lands .

Renting of the technicians parcels

• Publication of the lists on the newspapers, the APIA’s Web site and to the head offices  of APIA, the governorates, the regional commissary of agricultural development and the Tunisian consultants abroad.

• Taking specifications  from the APIA’ services on presentation of the banking  receipt  of 20TND  for the   APIA’s bank account.

• Files deposit of tenders; these files must arrive in a closed fold bearing the name of the parcel object of the tender as well as the mention “renting of the technician parcel, not to open”

This fold must comprise two distinct closed envelopes:
-The first envelope being marked “envelope A” and on which it is necessary to indicate the name of the parcel and which must contain:

• A request in the name of the Minister for agriculture and water resources

• specifications duly signed and legalized by the tenderer

• A copy of the diploma of the candidate

• the CV of the candidate

• a copy of the national idendity card of the candidate.
