THE SETTING
Within the framework of the policy of the State aiming at to
boost the investment, to incite the creation of projects, to
strong added value and to encourage the deprived initiative
,the Agency of Promotion of the Agricultural Investments
concluded:
-
A framework agreement with the Research Institution and
the Agricultural Higher education -IRESA- specifying the
creation of nurseries for companies in establishments of
Agricultural Higher education,
-
An agreement with the Agronomic National Institute of
Tunis - INAT-concerning the organization of a space for
the installation of a nursery of companies in INAT,
-
An agreement with the College of the Horticulture and the
Breeding of Chatt Mériem-ESHECM-specifying the
organization of a space for the installation of a nursery
of companies in ESHECM,
-
THE TARGETS
The creation of the companies nurseries in agriculture and
fishing, and the services bound to , as well as in the
activity of first transformation of farm produces and
fishing aims:
-
The encouragement in the creation of innovative projects,
-
The organization of a space sheltering the ideas with
potential of innovative projects among the graduates of
the higher education and their supervision until the
realization of their projects,
-
The renovation of the farming sector and the creation of a
new generation of lasting companies,
-
The diffusion of information concerning the setting up in
its own account and the creativity stimulation ,
-
The opening of the higher education establishments on
their outside environment.

THE STRUCTURE
Organization of the companies nurseries:
Piloting Committee : asked to draw the strategy of
nurseries, follow-up its activities and elaboration of
periodic reports about the evolution of the various
activities of the nursery,
Management committee: asked to decide on the program of
nurseries activities , follow-up and performance
appraisal.
The nursery Management : Asked to stay up the
administrative aspect of nurseries under the supervision
of the services of APIA and that:

by executing and by following the decisions of the
management committee,
-
by developing relations with companies,
-
by supervising and by supporting the projects retained in
nursery program
-
SERVICES
The
companies nurseries offer all the conditions favorable to
the support and to the supervision of the potential idea of
innovative projects .That, from the idea to the execution
through several services:
-
Grant a space personalized according to every project (The
desk , the computer, the Internet)
-
To grant a space for the common services (Photocopy,
Printing , Telephone, Fax)
-
To provide experts and technical, commercial and financial
supervisors in order to ensure the supervision during the
stages of development, the aspects and the technical
components, the market study, the technico-economic study
and the search for financing source,
-
To develop the human means, the material and the
laboratories of the higher educational establishments,
-
To draw all the means to support the promoter to be
established apart from the nursery,
-
To ensure the follow-up during the first period of the
entry in production.

CONDITIONS AND MODALITIES Of ADHESION
-
Does the member have to be graduate of a higher
educational establishment
-
Or registered with the final class of a higher educational
establishment
-
It must have an idea of an innovating project or having a
value added in the fields of agriculture, fishing or the
services related to these sectors or in the first
transformation of the agricultural produce
-
It must be available for the realization of its project.
